This Disclaimer applies to Animora ("Animora", "we", "us", "our"), available at https://animorasocial.app/. Everything on the app and website - including this page, the About page, help text and any statement by us in the app - is provided for general information only and does not create any guarantee, warranty or promise beyond what is stated in our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions control.

Animora is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any feature, balance, count (followers, views, coins) or figure shown in the app is free of bugs or display errors, though we will correct genuine errors where we can (see Terms & Conditions section 4).

Posts, reels, stories, comments, messages, usernames, bios and profile photos on Animora are created by users, not by us. Views expressed by users are their own and do not represent Animora's views. We moderate on a best-effort, report-driven basis (Privacy Policy section 8) but do not pre-screen all content and cannot guarantee that everything you see is accurate, safe, appropriate or lawful. Use your own judgement, and report anything that breaks our content rules.

Nothing in Animora - including anything about coins, Boosts, Green Tick, withdrawals, subscriptions or gifts - is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Coins are an in-app credit for use inside Animora, not an investment or currency, and past earnings by any creator do not guarantee future results. Withdrawal eligibility, timing and fees are described in the Terms & Conditions (sections 4-5) and may change. Speak to a qualified professional for financial, tax or legal decisions.

Animora relies on and may link to third-party services - for example Google/Firebase, Cloudflare, Vercel, Google Play Billing, Cashfree and Formspree (Privacy Policy section 7) - and posts may link to outside websites, including through Boosted/promoted posts. We do not control these third parties, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or privacy/security practices. Visiting a third-party link is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

We do not guarantee any particular number of followers ("Allies"), views, likes, comments, Boost performance, or withdrawal amount, and outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including other users' behaviour and changes to how Radar, Shonen or Discover rank content.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Animora and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the app, reliance on any content in it, or content posted by other users - see Terms & Conditions section 10 for the full wording and the cap on liability. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it, for example for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We may update this Disclaimer when the app or the law changes. The "Effective date" at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Animora after a change means you accept the updated Disclaimer.
